Refund policy

Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order number. 

To start a return, please contact us at info@arlobelle.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. 

*Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@arlobelle.com.
