Wholesale Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Wholesale Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Arlo Belle (referred to as "the Vendor," "we," "our," "us") and the wholesale customers (referred to as "the Customer," "you," "your"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must be a registered business with a valid business license or resale certificate. We reserve the right to approve or deny any wholesale account application at our discretion.

3. Ordering
  • Our minimum order value is $350.

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been placed. Please review the order details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. Once accepted, orders cannot be canceled or modified without the Vendor's consent.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Vendor. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

4. Pricing

  • Our wholesale pricing is provided to approved accounts and is subject to change without notice. The prices displayed on our Shopify wholesale portal are the most current.
  • All prices are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is due at the time of order placement.
  • We accept payments via Visa, Visa Debit, and Bank Transfer. We reserve the right to withhold further shipments until all outstanding payments are made.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped from our warehouses after full payment has been received.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to your invoice.
  • Our wholesale orders typically ship within 4 business days.
  • Inspect all shipments upon arrival. Report any damage within 14 days of receipt. We are not responsible for damages reported after this period.

7. Returns & Exchange

  • All sales are final. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted in the case of defective, damaged products, or incorrect shipments. Items must be in their original packaging and condition during returns.
  • Any claims for defective, damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please send an email to info@arlobelle.com with a picture of the damaged products. Our team will get in touch with you as soon as possible.

8. Product Warranty

We warrant that our products will conform to the specifications provided. We do not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper assembly or handling.

9. Confidentiality

All wholesale pricing, product information, and terms are confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties.
